We are planning to recognise the contribution of the best staff in businesses around Bourne End and reward them with a free meal in our new employee of the month scheme.

• We'll draw a name from the staff you choose
• One lucky person will win a meal for two

We know what a pleasure it is to work with great people, as we are lucky enough to do it every day at The Spade Oak. So, to recognise the contribution of your outstanding colleagues, we're inviting companies around Bourne End to nominate their most deserving colleague or employee each month. If your nominated colleague is drawn from the hat at the end of the month they will win a complimentary meal for two from our new menu.

If someone in your workplace has performed particularly well this month, let us know by emailing excellentstaff@gmail.com and they could win a meal for two.

When making your nomination, please provide us with the following:

• Your name (the person nominating)
• Your company name
• The person you're nominating and why
• A contact name and email address

We will draw one lucky person from the nominations received each month and they will win a free meal for two.*

We will only use personal details for this activity, your information will not be passed on to any other parties.

• Offer excludes drinks
• Nominations must be received by the end of the month to qualify for the following month's prize
• Person making nomination will be contacted if successful and must provide an address for the winner's voucher to be sent
• The prize must be taken within 60 days from receipt of voucher
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity
